Against:
1.Young teachers haven't got big experience.
2.They don't have as much practice as experienced teachers at school.
3.They are young and not so strict that's why children often behave awfully at their lessons.
4.They can't conduct the lessons on the high level as experienced teachers do .
For :
1.Young teachers have great enthusiasm, and are eager to work as a teachers.
2.They have got fresh knowledge to share with pupils.
3.Young teachers are not much older than some of pupils of 11th forms .So they can understand them better than the old teachers.
4.Young teachers don't have many requirements

Younger teachers are usually more energetic.
They can have common interests with their pupils and in this  way their relations will be better.
They may have more modern knowledge of the subject.
They can bring new ideas as to how to make the school life more intersting.

Younger teachers don't have enough experience in teaching their subject.
They are not experinced enough in dealing with children of different ages.
They may ignore older teachers advice which may result in educational problems.
They often leave school for ever because of low salaries, stress and lack of time for private life.

I would like to tell you what I did this weekend.
I thought you would be interested.
 Last Saturday I go with my friends to the park. There was so beautifull! The sun was shining and the birds singing all time. We also went to different cafes. My friends and i usually ordered some drinks. After cafes we went to the fountain and took pictures on the background of a fountain.
 Last Sunday I went to dentist, because i had a toothache. Now everything is fine!

1. Many new houses are built in our town every year. 2 . My invitation has been acceptedf with pleasure by them today. 3 . The experimental laboratory had been built by 1990. 6 . He agreed to take part in the research work after he had found out that it was connected with the improvement of automated control systems. 7 . Lectures which  took place at our club were always  attended by a lot of people last year. 11. The experiment is being watched by the students now.
