Superhero gets up at 6 o’clock in the morning then he makes his bed, takes the shower, brushes his teeth and does morning exercises. he has breakfast at 7 o'clock. then he watches the news on tv and goes to save the world. from 8 till 13.00 he flies above the city and looks for who needs his help. he comes back home at 2 o'clock. superhero prepares a lunch, eats it and rests till 17.00: watches interesting movies, reads the books, responds to friends by e-mails. then he goes to save the world. he returns home at 2 a.m. superhero drinks tea with something delicious, takes the shower and brushes his teeth. he goes to bed at 3 a.m. супергерой встает в 6  утра. затем он заправляет свою кровать, принимает душ, чистит зубы и делает утреннюю зарядку. он завтракает в 7 часов. затем он смотрит новости по телевизору и идет спасать мир. с 8 до 13.00 он летает над городом и ищет того, кому нужна его . в 2 часа дня он возвращается домой. супергерой готовит обед, ест его и отдыхает до 17.00: смотрит интересные фильмы, читает книги, отвечает друзьям по электронной почте. потом он идет спасать мир. он возвращается домой в 2 часа ночи. супергерой пьет чай с чем-нибудь вкусненьким, принимает душ и чистит зубы. он ложится спать в 3 часа ночи.

jeff woke up late. the house was very quiet and jeff that he was alone there. he got up and headed to the kitchen. there nobody in it but he felt the delicious aroma of fresh baking. a large bowl of doughnuts was on the table. it covered with a white kitchen towel but jeff could not resist it and pulled out a doughnut. when he was consuming his one, his grandmother appeared at the doorway. she light working trousers, a t-shirt, and an old straw hat. jeff guessed that she had been working on roses, in the front garden. “fine, you up at last! ” said granny, “but why are you still undressed? go and wash and get dressed immediately! ” jeff remembered that granny had always been very strict about the morning routine. she never allowed her grandchildren to look untidy or avoid brushing their “ok-ok, just a second,” laughed jeff picking up another doughnut and retreating through the other door. “i _will back as soon as i am ready.”
