I prefer water to other drinks because it keeps my body functioning in homeostasis and aids every aspect of bodily function and drinks like cola or soda are harmful for my health.
Also, I try to eat the same meals every day. It helps me to control daily calorie allotment.
I eat breakfast every day because it is the most important meal of the day!
A healthy breakfast reduces hunger throughout the rest of the day.
I try to eat often throughout the day but in small sizes.

Russian families are large and friendly. The meaning of the family in Russia is not limited to the husband, wife and children. It stretches to include grandparents, aunts and uncles, brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces.
