1) конфликт: это столкновение протеворичивых интересов,важных для всех его участников.   конфликт возникает: конфликт как правило протеворичивым интересов. эти интересы составляют предмет конфликта. интересы бываю у каждого разные это два оснавных вида: блага и мнения. друг друга начинают не понимать один говорит про другое а другое говорит другое вот и возникает!                                                                                                                     2) примеры: одноклассники стоят разговаривают и начинают друг друга не понимать потом у них дело доходит до драки каждый сто стороны за своего друга начинает заступаться! они не прекращают но потом решают дело закрыть миром!                                     3) важное потому что: что бы дело не дошло до большего что бы не пришли родители не обращались не куда в какое-то т.                                                                         4) конечно дать)                                                                                                                                               5) на этот вопрос честно говоря не смогу ответить! но мне кажеться что она полезна потому что: у каждого бывает конфликт и если знать эти правила то можно лекго не затрагиваться в
