Some people think that young people should follow in their parents' footsteps when choosing a profession. I can't agree with this statement. In my opinion, young people have the right to decide which profession is the best to choose. To begin with, each person has likes and dislikes. Some people want to build houses or invent new things, others prefer helping people in need. So it's better to choose a profession for your heart and soul. In addition to this, sometimes parents want to raise a substitution, to give all their experience before retiring. They don't care if their children have enough skills or have right thinking for this job. As a result, we may have an amateur, not a professional. To conclude I should say that parents can help their children with their advice, but the final desicion is up to us.
