я знаю, что многие дети нездоровы сейчас, но, так как я стал подростком, я стала больше воловаться о том, что я ем, о в жизни.  мой путеводитель: 1. ходьбы, где вы можете и принять участие в разных видах спорта.2. ограничьте время просмотра телевизора и компьютерное время3. не пропускать ваши режимы питания, и это вам отказаться от перекусов.4. если питпться только фаст-фудом в вашей школе, скажите школе(людям,кот там работают), что они должны изменить меню! нездоровая пища должна быть запрещена в школе.5. пейте много воды, не кока-колу.6. будьте позитивны и верить в себя.7. смейтесь, хихикайте и будьте добрыми!

This is the feast which reveals the fact that age is unimportant in the war . It doesn't matter how many years it takes , but we will remember this memorable date . On this day, we honor the memory of the fallen heroes of the great Patriotic war . They fought for us to live in peace . In each city there are monuments to fallen soldiers , stands with the names of the heroes . We will never forget the heroes lying in mass graves .
