My favorite form of entertainment is reading. I have always loved to read. I read on a daily basis. I read with my brother or sister. Reading can be a great pastime and mental escape . Mainly, reading is done at home and during my breaks while I am traveling. My brother and I read magazines, children’s books and learning words he has to study for school.  Are words that he and his class focus on each week. The list usually consists of about 5 words and are words used in everyday vocabulary such as “I, the, as, is, and, etc.”

2.Why are movies such popular entertainment?

First, movies are easy to get and affordable. If a person wants to watch a movie, the one can just go to the nearest cinema. There are movie theaters in the most towns around the world and the tickets are usually not very expensive. Moreover, people can watch movies at home. All they need to do is to go to some local DVD store or purchase them online.  

Second, movies can be both entertaining and inspirational. A person could always have a good time watching movies. At the same time those movies can affect the one in many kinds of ways. They can touch people’s emotions. For example a good comedy movie can make a person laugh. A good drama can bring tears. There are films for every mood a person is in.

It can be concluded that, movies are popular for many reasons. They are a good way to have fun at any age.
