Firstly extreme sports are extremely dangerous for those who enjoy doing them.You can easily get serious injuries or even die.In addition there is always a risk of becoming disabled.Secondly you need a reliable equipment.As a rule such equipment is so  expensive.

But on the other hand extreme sports is a good opportunity to have fun and to get a lot of new experiences.Some people enjoy risk.So for them extreme sports is a very good way to relax and to feel adrenaline.But even despite the fact that its interesting and so on i think that people would better to avoid extreme sports because  life is so fragile.
