These countries conduct  (лучше hold - проводят) large-scale sport actions (может, events) every year, for example Fußball-Bundesliga, Deutschland Tour, German Figure Skating Championships in Germany, English Premier League, the Wimbledon Championships, and the Universe Championships in England and so on.
