My Favourite Food

I like a lot of different dishes, but my favourite food is pasta with cheese. This food is loved by people of all ages.

Here are the reasons why I love it. Firstly, there are a lot of different types of pasta and dozens of delicious cheeses to choose from. That means you can never get bored of this dish. Secondly, you can add any vegetables you like to the dish. My favourite ones are tomatoes, peppers and broccoli. I also like to experiment with different herbs. Thirdly, it is very simple to cook. All you need is to cook your pasta in abundant boiling water, till al dente, and drain. Then drizzle a little olive oil over the pasta and serve it with grated cheese. If you wish you can make some sauce or add some vegetables.

Finally, pasta is a rich source of quick, but long-lasting energy, which is important for me.

My favorite food is cheese soup. My mom often cooks it. All our family loves him very much. It consists of cheese of course and other products. My grandmother taught this recipe to my mother, and my grandmother taught me my great-grandmother. We eat it every week. A raw soup went into the specialties of my mom. All who eat our soup, admire them. The first time I tried it still quite a little. Even then, I really liked it. We always treat them to guests. This soup I very much love and I hope that it will be my favorite dish for life.
