I know it sounds stupid but I didn’t have any new cool clothes. I also had my hair cut and I didn’t like it at all. I heard that Alex was also invited to your party and you know how much I like him… I didn’t want him  to see me like this. I'm sorry for being such a terrible friend. I feel embarrassed and ashamed.

By the way, how was the party? I hope you had fun and received a lot of cool presents. Talking about presents, I’m sorry that my present for you is still at home, so tell me if you want to see me this week. We could have our favourite pizza at that old restaurant by the sea. I’d be glad to give you my present, at last. Once again – I’m sorry, so sorry… Please, forgive me. You know you are my best friend and I love you very much.

У нас прекрасный, удобный дом со всеми современными коммуникациями. Здесь водопровод, центральное отопление и электричество. Здесь гостиная, три спальни и кухня. У меня (есть) своя спальня. Здесь большое окно с яркими красными занавесками в комнате. Мой рабочий стол (дословно парта, но всё-таки она дома, а не в школе, поэтому лучше рабочий стол) рядом/около/у окна. Когда я делаю домашнее задание (домашнюю работу или уроки), я вижу красивые цветы в саду. В комнате здесь кровать и большой шкаф для всех моих вещей. Здесь, в середине комнаты, удобное кресло. Я люблю читать книги ночью. Раньше (до этого) здесь не было картин в моей комнате, а сейчас здесь несколько цветных/красочных картин на стене.
