Почему в предложении l ve'been there before. it's a vere nice museum, выбрано именно ve'been

Используется Perfect  потому что это твой личный опыт, а если смущает слово before , то предложение  переводиться просто как :я здесь уже был 

Have gone-уехал и ещё не вернулся.
have been-ездил и уже вернулся.
эти глагольные формы имеют такое значение
в твоём предложении:были в музее раньше и уже вернулись.
я думаю, понятно объяснила!

Санта клаус приходит на рождество. у него есть список хороших детей и плохих. он дарит всем хорошим деткам подарки! А плохих предупреждает что они не получат подарков  на следуйщее рождество тоже не подарит им подарки! Я всегда стараюсь попасть в список хороших!                                                                                                                                                             Santa Claus comes on Christmas. he has a list of good children and bad. he gives all good children gifts!
