Как так получилось:
A. Difficult - It is difficult to speak English than to understand. Сложно разговаривать на английском, чем понимать (его)- неверно
B. Much difficult- It is much difficult to speak English than to understand. Очень сложно разговаривать на английском, чем понимать (его)- неверно
Т.е. получается два этих варианта неверны и последний вариант D является верным! Да и к тому это сравнение, поэтому прилагательное difficult ставится в сравнительную степень.
