Throughout its history, Russia was involved in more than 100 wars and conflicts, ruled by more than 120 leaders, built the world's longest railway and was the first country to send man into space.

Russia has a population of 145.5 million people and two-thirds of whom live in cities. 160 nationalities in Russia. It is a country of contrasts, from great subtropical beaches to bitterly cold winter regions in the north. The east may have fewer people, but its lovely cities are among the most popular places to visit in Russia. You can visit such big cities as Moscow, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Kazan etc.
