I, as well as like to eat many in the evening. But, for me is very important that fact that the food has to be easy. Because in the return case, there will be troubles for health. Therefore, before going to bed I like to eat cottage cheese or fruit salad. It very tasty and is useful!

Я, как и многие люблю покушать вечером. Но, для мне очень важен тот факт, что еда должна быть легкая.Ибо в обратном случае, будут неприятности для здоровья.  Поэтому, перед  сном я люблю съесть  творог или фруктовый салат. Это очень вкусно и полезно!
