Когда ты начал какое-либо действие в и до сих пор сейчас его выполняешь. Образование Present perfect continous: have+been+глагол с окончанием ing. Сейчас я приведу пример на present perfect continous: I have been watching this movie for 2 hours. Я смотрю этот фильм 2 часа. Он начал это действие в и до сих пор его выполняет.
