Для того, чтобы составить разделительный вопрос, нужно в первую очередь найти подлежащее и сказуемое. В разделительном предложении подлежащее мы заменим соответствующим местоимением, а сказуемое - соответствующим по грамматике вс глаголом, причем глагол будет в разделительном вопросе стоять на первом месте. 

Надо помнить, что если основная часть -  это утвердительное предложение, то в разделительном вопросе будет отрицание и наоборот. 

Данные примеры все имеют в качестве сказуемого формы глагола to be. Этот глагол НЕ образует вопросы и отрицания с использованием вс глагола, и поэтому мы просто используем сам глагол to be.

2. It is very interesting to look at paintings, isn't it? ( подлежащее = it, сказуемое= is, это одна из форм глагола to be и тк этот глагол не требует других вс глаголов, то используем его)

3. I am right, aren't I? (подлежащее = I, сказуемое am, НО это исключение, при образовании отрицания мы используем НЕ am I not, а AREN'T I)
