7. What other important features of Nauryz do you know? One of the major features of Nauryz is the traditional costumes that men and women wear.

The most important Kazakh holiday in our family  is "Nauryz". My paremts and I prepare for it by buying gifts for our reratives.

On March 22-nd we get together to help our grandparents on consructing a "yurt" for the holiday. We decorate our "yurt" beautiful Kazakh ornaments, rugs and blankets.

Then we sit at a long low table and eat such Kazakh dishes as "karta", "plov", "baursak", "besbarmak".

Then we have tea and listen to our family children playing dombyras and kobyz and singing songs. 

I love our holiday.
