i want to write about what it is like to have excellent health and be happy.

many people of our planet live in a hurry. they sometimes do not even understand that spinning like a squirrel in a wheel automatically and resemble robots. they do not even think that they eat, how much time they play sports, sometimes they do not even see the need for it. but, in order to have happiness and be healthy, it is important to remember that to begin with -

stop and meaningfully understand what part of life sports and an active lifestyle take, then make out the menu of what i eat. how useful this food is. and try to make a meal plan and an active lifestyle. by this, seeing the results will feel light and want to rejoice and live on with a smile.

remember, as long as you yourself do not stop and do not want to live better and rightly, no one will do it for you. try and be happy.

first of all, you should have a healthy lifestyle. i think sport helps people to keep fit and be healthy and happy. sport brings the self-confidence and improves your mood. when you are physically active, your mind is relaxed. find exercises you actually enjoy. physical exercises reduce the stress. try to avoid worrying. also it is necessary to get enough sleep. pay attention to what you eat and drink much water. in general, think positively.

Tony buzan is a world famous expert on ways of developing the mind and intelligence. his latest book is called “head first” – 10 ways to tap into your natural genius. a few years ago, buzan started to think about the topic of intelligence but couldn’t (1) work out why some so-called “intelligent” people did not seem very bright, while others who failed to (2) get … through…. exams appeared much more intelligent. buzan (3) got… down…. to work on this and eventually (4) came … up…. with the ideas in his book. his starting point is that everyone can do well if they get rid of the barriers put up by the way they were educated and (5) brought …up…. the first step is to boost your belief in yourself. buzan’s performance in maths (6) went …up…. a lot when he (7) found … out…. he was in the top 1 percent of all mathematicians. secondly, it is important to realize that ability is not something only for the talented few. for example, we are (8) put …off…. singing because we feel we haven’t got the “gift” but in fact we “sing” all the time when we speak a language. his third lesson is that all of us are intelligent. “there is only one intelligence test”, he says, ”and that is life on planet earth. every day we are faced with new problems that we learn to handle”.   in the book, you can (9) go … through…. a series of activities which will change your perception of how intelligent you are. personally, i (10) got a lot …out…. of this book and would recommend it to anyone.

Ilearn english at my school. i started learning english when i was 8 and i was in the second form. i have been learning english for 5 years. i can speak and read english very well. at my english lessons i like translating texts from russian into english and do our grammar tasks. my teacher helps me to study english. i like to study english. it is really great to find out about english people, cities and events.  when i study new words i repeat them many times aloud. at our english lessons we speak english, play games, read and translate texts. i like to discuss relation between people. usually it is easy for me to do my english homework. i like to write projects. it is difficult for me to learn english poems and songs by heart but i try. i have a very good english - russian dictionary at home. i haven't ever visited an english speaking country. english is very important in my life. english teaches me to think, to speak, it helps me to find friends. i know that english will help me in my future profession. i like english very much.   я учу язык в школе. я начал учить , когда мне было 8 лет, и я был во втором классе. я изучаю в течение 5 лет. я могу говорить и читать по- хорошо. на уроках языка мне нравится переводить тексты с на и выполнять грамматические . мой учитель мне изучать язык. мне нравится учить язык. это действительно здорово  узнавать о жизни народа, городах и событиях. когда я изучаю новые слова, я повторяю их много раз вслух. на наших уроках языка мы говорим по-, играем в игры, читаем и переводим тексты. я люблю обсуждать отношения между людьми. как правило, это легко для меня выполнить . мне нравится писать проекты. для меня сложно учить стихи и песни наизусть, но я стараюсь. у меня есть хороший - словарь дома. я никогда не бывал в стране. язык является важным в моей жизни. учит меня думать, говорить, это мне найти друзей. я знаю, что язык мне в моей будущей профессии. мне нравится . i don't think i am a good language learner because i am lazy and i don't like english very much. of course, it is  really  great  to find out about english people. cities and events.  at our lessons  we read interesting books,  translate from english intо russian, learn new words.    we speak about interesting people. i understand that english  teaches me to think, to speak, it helps me to find friends, but learning english is very difficult for me and takes me so much time. our english  teacher is very good  and kind. but it is awful for me to  learn english poems and songs by heart, of course, i try but it is waste of time i think. i know that english won't help me in my future profession.   я не думаю, что я хорош в изучении языка, потому что я ленивый и не люблю язык, много. конечно, здорово узнать об людях, городах и событиях. на наших занятиях мы читаем интересные книги, переводим с на язык, учим новые слова. мы говорим об интересных людях. я понимаю, что учит меня думать, говорить, мне найти друзей, но изучение языка трудно для меня, и занимает у меня столько времени. наша учительница языка хорошая и добрая. но это ужасно для меня выучить стихи и песни наизусть, конечно, я стараюсь, но это пустая трата времени, я думаю. я знаю, что не мне в моей будущей профессии.    i think that english can be  learnt well with the aid of the special audio programmes using  your computer. thanks to them, you'll be able to  learn spoken english. you can also visit an english speaking country and   improve your  english there but it is very expensive. you can also learn the language through english songs or with help of a tutor.   я думаю, что язык можно хорошо выучить с специальной аудио программы на компьютере. ей можно хорошо выучить разговорный. так же можно уехать в страну и там тоже можно хорошо усовершенствовать . так же можно выучить язык с песен на , либо с репетитора
