Tomorrow will be really cold and windy. in the afternoon it will be only 8 degrees and in the evening it will be also 8 degrees. if we look at the weather forecast we can see that it will be not sunny, however it will be raining. Tomorrow you need to take your umbrella or raincoat. it the morning it will be even colder. don't forget to take your scarf, gloves and a warm hat. autumn is now and it is more windy that in summer.

The house will be built next year.

 

Чтобы легко определить пассивный залог, достаточно выучить эту тему по русскому языку: ПС употребляется тогда, когда действие выполняется кем-то, а не само. 

 

Активный залог: Kate does her homework every day. (Кейт/Катя делает Д/З каждый день)

Пассивынй залог: The homework is done every day. (Д/З делается каждый день Кейт/Катей)

 

В ПС залоге мы всегда употребляем правильные глаголы с окончанием -ed, а неправильные - в третьей форме.

При этом:

 

Настоящее время - is/are

(The room is cleaned; the trees are planted every day by me)

время - was/were

(These flowers were planted yesterday; I was given an interesting book)

Будущее время  - shall be/will be

(The window will be closed tomorrow)

 

P.S. Здесь не описаны времена Continuous (am/is/are/was/were being) и Perfect (have/has/had/should/will been). Но если подучить это правило и хорошо знать времена, с лёгкостью можно составлять предложения.

 

Следуя этому правилу, мы составляем предложение "The house will be built next year", т.е. "Дом будет построен в следующем году".
