Thank you very much for your last letter. I`m very glad that you are at home again. I don't know who was in this situation, but I can give you a couple of tips.

 

You have not fully recovered yet, so I think you need a help of doctor. He will help you.

You have a headache in the morning? Try to take some pills for headache. I advise you to take aspirin. This should help.

There are folk methods of dealing with the headache. For  example, if you inhale the aroma of peppermint, lemon or lavender  headache may  quiet  down or go away. You can also rub a few drops of lavender or peppermint oil to the area of the temples.
