It doesn't matter to me how the person is dressed, so I think he or she can dress as they want to. It doesn't matter if it's fashionable or if it's his or her personal style.
I think that a person's clothes show the inner essence. If a man is dressed fashionably but doesn't have a personal style that he or her would follow constantly then this person is probably obsessed with what the crowd things and is flabby. 
It's not necessary to dye your hair in bright colour or wear extraordinary clothes to stand out from the crowd. The most important thing is to not listen to people who try to impose something different and find what you like yourself. Предлагаю заменить на "не обращать внимания" - don't pay attention to) about the other's opinion because you only live once and it would be stupid to spend your life on following fashion trends. 

Think about your own rules. There are special rules. First, ask your parents' permission before you go trick or treating. You shouldn't trick or treat alone. Don't go alone without your parents' permission. Be very careful of strangers. You shouldn't go into a house with a stranger. Sometimes these people are not good. They can abuse or poison/hurt you. Your parents should taste your cookies before you eat them.
