Его название пришло от колокольного комиссара работ, Сира Бэнджамина Холла, или Бэна. Башня высотой 98 метров. Колокол внутри башни весит 14 тонн. Часы на башне также огромный. Каждый из четырёх циферблатов достигает 7 метров в ширину. Часовые стрелки достигают около 3-х метров в длину и минутная стрелка окола 4-х метров в длину.
