Честно сказать, не мастер я по оценке эссе к ЕГЭ. Вот у меня ученица написала сегодня --по мне так весьма хорошо.
Посмотрите ---может какие замечания-недочеты
Хотя с другой стороны -слова типа dyes, irreversible, supplements - явно со словаря взяты.Это нормально и надо поощрять?
Или наоборот --говорить, что на ЕГЭ никаких словарей не будет.
Или и то и другое говорить ? :)
Nowadays many people prefer eating in fast food restaurants. They say that it’s very comfortable and helps them to save much time. At the same time other people argue that it’s not healthy and does a lot of harm to the human organism.
As far as I am concerned I completely agree with the last viewpoint. To my mind people should tend to eat it as less as possible because it’s very unhealthy. Firstly, it contains a lot of food supplements such as preservatives, dyes, aromatizers. They damage people’s health because they cannot be assimilated in their digestive system. Many scientists claim that they can cause irreversible changes in people’s organism if they eat fast food regularly.
Secondly, it’s widely known that fast food causes obesity. As its products don’t have any vitamins and minerals people cannot fully satisfy their hunger by eating them. That’s why a few hours after having a meal they will have to eat again. As a result a people gain a lot of weight. In addition, these products are made of substances which cause overweight too such as sugar, fat, white flour, etc.
On the contrary, many people especially those who are too busy with their work say that they like eating fast food because they don’t have time to cook themselves. It’s true that it’s much faster and easier. But people should not sacrifice their health to work this way because if a person is unhealthy he wouldn’t be able to work productively as he would always feel tired and inert.
In conclusion, I think that people should cut down on fast food because it is not a good way to save time and is very unhealthy.

My name is ... . I’m ... years old. I’m a ... grade pupil. I don’t have many clothes, only the most necessary items. I have some black skirts and white shirts. They are my regular school uniform. I also have some jeans and T-shirts, which I often wear when I go for a walk with friends. Last month my mum bought me a pair of party dresses for special occasions, and I really like them. If I could, I would wear them every day, but they are too festive. I also have some sports clothes, which I wear for PE (Physical Education) lessons. For winter time I have several sweatshirts and a warm coat. As for shoes, I have a pair of flat black shoes matching my school uniform, a pair of sneakers for sports activities, and a pair of boots. When I was a bit younger I used to like casual jeans and sportswear. At the moment, my favourite clothes are dresses. I like all types of dresses: summer sarafans, triangle-shaped dresses, polka dot dresses, lace or cotton dresses and so on. I know that jeans and a shirt is a much more comfortable wear, but dresses look gorgeous. As I’ve said I have only a pair of classic shoes without heels. So I would like to have another pair of dress shoes with low heels and sparkly elements.
