My day - ну написать, что ты обычно делаешь в свой день. Например, рисую - drawing, читаю - reading, танцую - dancing.
Используй такие выражения как, например, начнем рассказ с того что - to begin with,  с другой стороны - on the other hand, подсумировая все сказаное, можно сделать вывод - to sum up, или in conclusion, в другом случае - otherwise и т.д. Нужно не забывать о временах, формах)
