Короче, я не очень в объяснениях, поэтому лучше самому(-ой) еще раз повторить Present Simple и Present Continious, построение, вс глаголы, их разницу. В подобных упражнениях надо смотреть на опорные слова времени(always, now). Они дают подсказки.

Основные:

always, sometimes, from time to time, usually, often, every day - Present Simple

now, right now, at the moment, today и still(не только Pr. Cont.!), -- Pr. Continious

Always может использоваться и в Present Cont., но в редких случаях, когда собеседник выражает сильные эмоции, например, раздражение.

You are always making me wait! - Ты всегда заставляешь меня ждать! (как же ты достал!)
