Among the most urgent social problems of modern world is discrimination. Discrimination is treating someone in a worse way than other people for some reasons. And there are many types of it.For example, discrimination of disabled people. Nowadays there are not so many jobs that these people can do. Companies often refuse to give jobs to them because it is not comfortable or they can spoil the image of the firm. There is also sex discrimination. For example often women can’t get a good job or in some countries they get less money than men. Young women can’t often get a job because the employer thinks they are going to get pregnant soon. Or in the opposite, some jobs are only given to young and pretty girls and then they come across the cases of sexual harassment. In some countries women and men don’t have equal rights.
