Christmas - it's one of the main festivals in the calendar Christians. Belarus has decided to celebrate not the day of Christmas and Christmas Eve (Christmas Eve). On Christmas Eve, people refrain from eating until late evening. Dinner by the rules should be lean, and one of the traditional dishes can be stewed fruit (compote of dried pears, apples, cherries and plums) or kutia (boiled rice or wheat grains, flavored with honey). In Belarus, Christmas table decorated in a special way.
