Now days people spend a lot of time in gadgets and old generation complaints about it a lot, is it right?

The answer is simple, it depends from the point of view that you choose.

On one side its awful that youngsters spend their time in gadgets because they are wasting it for actually nothing. When people are young they are at the top of their abilities. They don't have families, they just finished colleges or institutions, they have a baggage of knowledge and they can travel around the world and explore or learn new things, but instead they choose to waste it for nothing.

On the other side, not all of the youngsters waste their time in to the nothing.

Some do actually explore the world and learn new things. This type of people use the technologies for the greater good, they become very talented and improve our civilization.  

Personally, I believe that the youngsters have become smarter and uses technologies for the greater good. I have a hope that the new generation will continue to improve our civilization.
