Республиканский учебно-оздоровительный центр «Балдаурен» функционирует круглый год и принимает в одну смену до 288 детей. Продолжительность смен в летний период – 15 дней, в период учебного года – 20 дней.

Для детей предусмотрены современные условия для обучения и проживания. Все комнаты благоустроены, в каждой имеются гидромассажные душевые кабины. Детям предлагается 5-ти разовое комплексное питание, профилактические и оздоровительные мероприятия: массаж, гала камера, водные процедуры, лечебные ванны, сауны, коктейли, чистый хвойный воздух.

В центр принимаются школьники от 8-15 лет. Путевки на отдых и оздоровление распределяются Министерством образования и науки РК.
