That, those - множественное число
Эти слова обозначают расстояние предметов, которые находятся около тебя.
this- этот, эта, это ( на расстоянии руки, т.е.ты можешь до него дотянуться)
that - тот, та, то (то, до чего нельзя дотянуться рукой на расстоянии)
these - эти ( на расстоянии руки, т.е.ты можешь до него дотянуться)
those - те (то, до чего нельзя дотянуться рукой на расстоянии)
