В одну из суббот года мои лучшие друзья Эми, Мария, Грег, Энди и я решили провести выходные в большом, старом городском доме моего дяди. На улице было пасмурно, поэтому мы решили провести приятный вечер общаясь друг с другом в гостиной на нижнем этаже.

Внезапно случился порыв сильного ветра. Свет замерцал и потом погас совсем. Я спросил: "Что это было?" "Не волнуйся из-за этого, Джон, это всего лишь отключение электричества", заверил меня Грег. Энди сонно сел, потерая глаза. "Очень хорошо, свет включили!" сказал он. "Я был сонным и будто задремал. Я не хотел никого беспокоить, поэтому я переполз сюда." Мы успокоились.

One Saturday last winter, my best friends Amy, Maria, Greg, Andy and I decided to spend the weekend in my uncle's house. The weather was bad, so we sat in the living room and talked to each other.
