1) The English are a nation of stay-at-home.(Present Simple Active: are=to be(инфинитив))
Англичане-это нация домоседов.
2) The Greeks were pioneers in the theatre.(Past Simple Active:were=to be)
Греки были первооткрывателями театра.
3) The government gives financial help in the form of a pension(Present Simple Active:gives=to give)
 but in the future it will be more and more difficult for the nation economy (Future Simple Active:will be=to be)
to support the increasing number of elderly.(Present Simple Active:to support (употреблён в форме инфинитива))
