Hi, my dear Regner!

I was very happy to receive your invitation to your birthday party and to have good time and relax in your place. That would be great!

But unfortunately, I cannot come to  your place and have fun with you and your friends. I have a cold. Now I have a terrible headache and runny nose. I have a hard cough and hoarse voice. Yesterday the doctor came to me, he told me to stay in bed for several days, and drink some medicine. It is so awful to be ill at the weekend. Instead of good rest I will lie in bed and take medications. My mom will take care of me. It is a pity that it has happened.

I wish you happy birthday! Be healthy and merry.  I hope we'll see each other in a couple of days and we'll have fun together.
