                                           My Favourite Food

My favorite food is pizza. It comes from Italy.

My mum makes pizza dough using flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil. Then she covers the dough and we wait for about 90 minutes.

After that I roll the dough into a large flat circle. Then I top it with my favourite pizza toppings: tomato sauce, salami, mushrooms and cheese. My mum puts the pizza into the hot oven and we bake our pizza for about 15 minutes.

I love pizza very much. I think it is the most delicious meal in the world!

Моя мама готовит тесто для пиццы из муки, дрожжей, воды, соли и оливкового масла. Затем она накрывает тесто, и мы ждем около 90 минут.
