Many people believe that free time should be conducted solely for the benefit of self-development , others believe that it is time to take on vacation.
I believe that free time you can allocate. People can choose what part of time on what to spend. In the first part of the time, he may engage in self-development. For example to read a new book , to be creative. The second part of time to devote to going to the cinema or just walk around.
In my opinion, people are constantly evolving. Even walking on the street he can learn or open for yourself something new. So I think that a walk in the woods in the fresh air could provoke a human to read a new book, thereby opening the desire for self-development.
I can't agree that every minute of free time you should do science or reading literature thus constantly in tension. Free time was invented in order to conduct it to their advantage. But this does not mean that all this time the man does nothing. Many play sports, socialize with friends which is also very important for their development. I think people should have a choice to implement their interests in your free time.
In conclusion I want to say that there are two points of view on this problem of leisure time. I think that it is possible to combine leisure , their interests, and at this time to develop yourself. No need to choose the one.
