Positive sides of being a builder:
   - this kind of profession is very well paid
   - people regard builders because they understand their importance in the modern world
   - one can be taught this occupation practically everywhere, there are lots of colleges teaching this profession.
Negative sides of being a builder:
  - this sort of work requires lifting up heavy  weights  and also demands excellent physical shape
  - builders induced to work under psychological pressure because they have to meet  deadlines every time they construct something
  - builders also have to work in all weather conditions, whether it is snowing or raining, or frost turned to sleet, - builders have to fulfill their obligations at  work
  - builders must be responsible for the consequences of their actions because their faults may result in fatalities in the future.
