Stress is very bad. When you are stressed you are evil and nervnyiy constantly yelling at people,can you even hit,beat or even kill. Stress appears for various reasons ,usually bad. Because stress can appear nervous tick. People often stress with them the few to be. Due to stress everything turns upside down. So my advice : never strain.
