What is the weather like today in Moscow? It Feels Like: 13 °C Forecast: 10 / 16 °C Wind: 2 km/h ↑ from North. Mainly cloudy with a little drizzle. Slight chance of a rain shower. Maximum temperature 10°C. Moscow is well-known for its long winters and hot summers. Well , it isn't warm today. I'd better to dress warmly. The sun isn't shining and it is cloudy. It is dull. It looks like rain and I'd better to take an umbrella. What can I say ? There is no such thing as bad weather but only a man in a bad clothing.
