Water - the source of life and one of the most valuable wealth of man. From water depends not just a normal life, but the very existence of mankind. After all, it's no coincidence since ancient times people settled along the banks of rivers and lakes, tried to build their homes as close to the water. The natural environment is an amazing world that enchants us with its freshness and purity. It is close to humanity since its inception, and its value can not be overemphasized, because water is, in principle, life, since all living things feed on its healing magic power.Вода – источник жизни и одно из самых ценных богатств человека. От воды зависит не просто нормальная жизнь, но и само существование человечества. Ведь неслучайно с давних времен люди селились по берегам рек и озер, старались строить свои жилища как можно ближе к воде.Водная среда – это удивительный мир, который чарует нас своей свежестью и чистотой. Она близка человечеству с момента его зарождения, и ее значение просто невозможно переоценить, ведь вода – это, в принципе, и есть жизнь, поскольку все живое питается ее целебной волшебной силой.

Present simple - используем при описании обычного, повторяющего действия.
present continuous - используем при описании действия в данный момент, в момент говорения.

1. I 'm cooking/cook with my friend Julie at the moment. - используем present continuous. Я готовлю с моей подругой Юлией в данный момент/сейчас.
2. My mum and dad go/are going to the cinema on Fridays - используем Present simple. Мои мама и папа ходят в кино по пятницам. ( т.е. они идут в кино не в данный момент, а каждую пятницу - это повторяющееся действие)
3. We always buy/are buying fresh fruit from the market. используем Present simple.  Мы всегда покупаем свежие фрукты на рынке ( т.е. мы не сейчас покупаем, а ВСЕГДА покупаем - обычное, повторяющееся действие)
4. She is having/has breakfast every day at 7:30 используем Present simple. Она завтракает каждый день в 7.30 ( повторяющееся действие - КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ)
5. She makes/is making  some fresh orange juice. Would anyone like some. - используем present continuous.   Она делает свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок.  Никто не хочет/кто-нибудь хочет?  ( хотя тут и нет слово СЕЙЧАС, из ситуации видно, что сок она делает в данный момент)

7. The control unit operates by reading (gerund) one instruction at a time.
8. Improved (Past Participle Passive) methods of obtaining (gerund) three-dimensional television pictures have been worked on the basis of holography.
