He had cooked dinner by six o'clock in the evening. They had been driving for two hours before they finally reached their destination. Kate had written five letters by lunchtime. The burglar had got away by the time the police arrived. She had injured her foot, so she couldn't walk. She was so exhausted because she had been traveling all night. Although I had set my alarm clock I still over sleeped. He had been ironing all morning when his wife arrived. He had been trying to solve a problem for three hours. She had been walking around town all morning.

11: What have you learnt for today? I am sorry, I haven`t prepared my lesson. I will prepare   my lesson tomorrow.  If you don`t prepare your lesson tomorrow, you will get a bad mark.
