Has been-человек съездил в путешествие и вернулся,говорится о результате поездки.
Has gone-человек уехал и до сих пор не вернулся,его поездка продолжается.

Has been - пишется , когда действие совершено и результат на лицо.
Has gone - пишется , когда действие не закончено , а продолжается.

Ienjoy eating out. i often have dinner in a good restaurant or café with my friends or my family. i’ve got a couple of favourite places for eating out. one of them is “tokyo”. it’s a restaurant which offers excellent japanese cuisine. the prices aren’t quite low there, the average dinner is about 20-30 dollars for each person. but i prefer high quality and nice service, that’s why i go to “tokyo“ once or twice a month. the menu can fit any taste. there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes and special dishes for children which include chicken, steak and pasta meals. there are also a lot of fantastic desserts to choose from. for a starter i normally have some seafood salad, and for the main course it is usually grilled salmon served with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. sometimes my meal is accompanied by a glass of dry wine. the favourite part of my dinner is the dessert. i am sure that “tokyo” makes the best chocolate pudding i have ever tasted. so i always order this with a cup of black coffee. we can have much fun in this restaurant because the food is cooked just in front of us and served by the chefs. we sit around the table for eight people. our chef brings all ingredients to the table and starts a theatrical performance of preparing the food. the chef chops and grills meat, fish and vegetables. then he serves our freshly cooked, juicy and steaming hot food. both adults and children enjoy the show. i really love my evening meals at “tokyo” restaurant. it offers outstanding food, great service and unforgettable entertainment.

1) a) People pay much attention to ecology questions because the nature is strongly polluted also we should struggle with it. Modern technologies have many minuses which can destroy our environment. (Люди обращают столько внимания на экологический вопрос, потому что природа сильно загрязнена, также нам следует бороться с этим. 2) I think the most urgent ecological problems are global warming; ozone gaps; hunting for vanishing species of animals; dump of a waste in reservoirs. (Я думаю, что самые актуальные экологические проблемы - это глобальное потепление, озоновые дыры, охота на исчезающие виды животных, сброс отходов в водохранилища)

5) Yes, it has. People are very concerned about the energy, because in the world people face the problem of resource scarcity and global pollution. (Да. Люди очень обеспокоены энергией, потому что в мире люди сталкиваются с проблемой дефицита ресурсов и глобальным загрязнением)
6) Scientists are concerned about global climate change, because this leads to a rapid increase of disasters. (Ученые обеспокоены глобальным изменением климата, потому что это приводит к быстрому возрастанию катастроф)
7) Yes, the climate changes. Becomes warmer in the winter, and the summer was too hot it means that environmental conditions change also to people it is necessary to concern the nature more carefully. In the place where I live, the climate is getting colder, which I think is for the better. In eastern Europe is getting warmer. The same situation is in Antarctica. (Да, климат меняется. Становится теплее зимой, а лето слишком жаркое, что означает, что условия окружающей среды меняются и для людей, необходимо быть обеспокоенными о природе более тщательно. a) Yes, humanity can solve environmental problems.People can not litter, quit smoking, do not use lacquer for the hair. All of the above will help preserve the ecology in satisfactory condition. (Да, человечество может решить проблемы окружающей среды. Люди могут не мусорить, бросить курение, не использовать лак для волос. Все вышеперечисленное оберегать экологию в удовлетворительных условиях)
b) I think humans can solve the world's ecological problems only if they refuse to use electrical machinery, which is almost impossible for us, so obsessed with it. (Я думаю, что люди могут решить мировые проблемы только если они откажутся от использования электрического оборудования, что является почти что невозможным для нас, таких зависимых от этого)
