Ну можно как то так: Hello ,my name is ( имя директора) , and I am sport school director. In my school students make so many types of sport. Students playing Football, basketball or volleyball. If you are 12 years old , or more , I invite you to my school.

   Today it is fashionable to speak about teenage problems. A few years ago alcohol, fights, killings and other kinds of violence were more problems for adults than for young people.
     The first big  problem is to choose a good friend. I know the proverb "A friend in need is a friend indeed". I agree with it, that's why I try to make friends with gay and true persons. I want to have a friend who understands me. It will be simple and interesting to speak to him or her.

  It is a problem to get a good education. It is necessary to pay for a good education. I am sure that all teenagers want to have a lot of money to dress well, to go to the theatres, to visit foreign countries, etc. How can they solve all these problems? They have to earn money. I think it is possible to do it. Some boys wash cars, the others sell newspapers, some of my friends help old persons.
     I think that young people have problems with their parents. Sometimes we have different tastes.
     The most great problem among youth is using alcohol, drugs, tobacco smoking. The man, who use alcohol or drugs lose his strength for the will, he brings suffering to his members of the family.
   Now we are young people and we are the future of our country. Grown up's must remember that we are the future of our country and in present moment our character is formed and that's why our parents must not assert pressure on us.

The life in this country 50 years ago.
On the one hand a 50 year period for the country is not very long but on the other hand great changes have been rapidly taking place in this country since the 70s. What are these changes? First of all I'd like to mention the development of new technologies in modern society, for example wireless connection, appearance of the mobile phones. For people from that time it was fantastic but for all of us its quite an ordinary thing today. Then we can't stand mentioning  the Internet that is a necessary thing almost everywhere nowadays and it's difficult to imagine how people lived, worked and studied without computers at that time.Well, people smoked more than now. They ate less vegetable and fruit. Good news people live longer nowadays than they lived 50 years ago. Bad news is that the difference between the life of the rich and the poor became much more than it was earlier. To my mind, on the whole the life in this country became more complicated than it was 50 years ago, but more challenging and interesting.
Жизнь в этой стране 50 лет назад.С одной стороны 50-летний период для страны это не очень много, но с другой стороны большие перемены, стремительно происходят в этой стране с 70-х годов. Каковы эти изменения? Прежде всего хотелось бы отметить развитие новых технологий в современном обществе, например, беспроводной связи, появление мобильных телефонов. Для людей того времени это было фантастическим, но для всех нас это вполне обычное дело сегодня. Затем, мы не можем не упоминуть интернет;  это вещь необходимая практически везде в наше время и трудно представить, как люди жили, работали и учились без компьютеров в то время. Что ещё? Люди раньше курили больше, чем сейчас. Они ели меньше овощей и фруктов. Хорошая новость: продолжительность жизни стала больше сейчас. Плохая новость в том, что существенно повысилась разница в уровне жизни богатых и бедных.
На мой взгляд, жизнь в этой стране теперь стала более сложной, чем она была 50 лет назад, но более интересной (благодаря новым технологиям).
