Можно сказать "You must be at home!", что значит "Ты должна быть дома!".. В вопросительных предложениях можно сказать "Must you be at home?", но англичане в  вопросительных предложениях модальный глагол "must" часто  не используют. А вот "Must be you at home" нельзя использовать, т.к.  всегда сначала ставится subject(то есть существительное),а после verb (глагол)..
