One day I dream of spending a day without the gadgets that are firmly embedded in our lives. This day I will spend in the circle of close people. I'll wake up early in the morning, make breakfast. Together with my parents, we will drink tea, and then go for a walk. We'll take a walk in the park, ride on the rides.

We'll be home by lunchtime. We'll eat together. After lunch, I'll read a book and look through educational magazines. I'm going to visit my grandparents tonight. We'll play board games and tell you about our week. Then I'll go home, take a shower, go to bed. A day without gadgets will be long, sincere, and happy.

I am writing to apply for the vacancy of a deputy sales manager advertised in the Jobs Today of 14 January 2030.  I have worked in the sales for a total of fifteen years. My first job was a junior sales assistant in a grocery store; then I was promoted to a sales manager and successfully worked at the store for ten years. For the last five years I worked as a senior sales manager and a deputy manager with Cookies & Co. I am applying for this vacancy as I reckon on progress from a senior manager to a managerial position with further career advancement opportunities. I have always been interested in sales and I have been striving for professional and personal development and strongly believe your organization is a well-run business. I would like to work for your company. I suppose I have all the knowledge, expertise, and skills that your company is looking for. I have rich wholesales and retail experience, can schedule and prioritize tasks to optimize the working process and I can meet strict deadlines. I have very good communicational skills as I’ve worked with people for 15 years, and would greatly enjoy leading the team and working with customers. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will be able to invite me for an interview.
