                                      Pancakes

 To make batter you need the following:

 - 1 cup of flour

 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder

 - 2 eggs

 - ½ teaspoon of salt

 -  2 tablespoons of sugar

 - 1 cup of milk

 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1) Combine and mix all the ingredients well in a large bowl.

2) Spoon the batter onto the hot frying pan; cook on both sides until golden brown.

3) Serve the pancakes with honey or jam.

2) Выкладывайте ложкой жидкое тесто на горячую сковороду; готовьте с обеих сторон до золотистого цвета.
