Обьясните present simple и present continuous

Present Simple простое настоящее время.Время Present Simple обозначает действие в настоящем в широком смысле слова.То есть каждый день
А present continuous это тоже настоящее время но длительное.то есть в данный момент нап.I am working now я работаю сейчас
