However, in this southern republic, the New Year is often celebrated without snow at a temperature of plus ten. I was not born in Kyrgyzstan,so I will write a story of my friend about the New Year in this country: "Usually, my mother prepares beshbarmak, boorsoki and manti with chicken fat for the New Year. The main religion of the Kyrgyz people is Islam, so you will not see pork on our table at the festive table, and alcohol is also not welcome.
