So eating right and exercising are essential to having a healthy lifestyle.

например, употребление блюд из ресторанов быстрого питания содержащих много жира, сахара и канцерогенных веществ из масла для жарения не является здоровым для вас.
Это приводит к избыточному весу, проблемам с желудком и кишечником и даже к более серьезным заболеваниям.
Нарушения правильного ежедневного режима - другая группа нездорового поведения.
Таким образом правильное питание и физические упражнения важны для ведения здорового образа жизни.
