Не все в 8,4,7 ну если читать по тексту то именно эти не входят по смыслу

(Мы убрали повторяющееся слово is, т.к. where's  = where is)
2. It's quater past eleven.
(Здесь мы убрали слово o'clock, т.к. когда мы употребляем в предложении словосочетание quater past, слово o'clock приписывать не нужно)
3. I don't have to go to school on Saturday.
(Здесь нам не нужно am. Когда мы говорим про действия, которые мы совершаем на регулярной основе, мы используем конструкцию Present Simple. Предложения в Present Simple строиться примерно так:
Подлежащее + глагол в начальной форме + дополнительные слова
И здесь нам am просто не нужно. Am/are/is обычно употребляется в Presnt Continious.)
4. He has violin lessons twice a week.
(Слово times здесь лишнее. Когда мы хотим сказать, что делаем что-то один или два раза в неделю (или месяц, год и т.д.) в Present Simple, то мы пишем once a week или twice a week. Вот зато если мы хотим сказать, что делаем что-то три, четыре или более раз в неделю (месяц, год и т.д.), то говорим three times a week или four times a week, five times a week... и т.д. и т.д. Это такое правило, и его надо просто выучить.)
